Friendly training/match/lunch

Sigtuna have very kindly agreed (and offered) to host us for a friendly joint training session, friendly game and lunch - to follow - on their home ground. Their U12 team are the only team in this location and both us and them will not only benefit from a joint training session together during this weekend of no rugby festival but will make a stronger connection with the Swedish rugby community. They hold their training on Saturdays from 9:00-11:00, and this would then be followed up with a joint lunch for the kids, coaches and family's. I am sending this invite out well in advance as to get an idea of probable numbers (which will be refined closer to the time) and to get any comment on the beginning timing of 9:00. If we are able to keep in line with their schedule that would be great but if their is an overall desire to adjust it slightly there is room for movement at their end. For those whom are able to attend please make comment (either on this app or privately via email/text if you prefer) regarding the projected timings for the mornings. Many thanks. Brad

In addition to the above, After the training, Sigtuna have kindly offered to host a BBQ by the beach so if the kids want to swim, they should also bring swimming clothes and towel.
