PRESEASON - Rugbypractise ***

SKARPNÄCK astroturf (SOCCER, not rugby)
Samling: 19:55** OBS!! We are at SKARPNÄCK during preseason, not Gubbängen! And its ASTROTURF so no fancy studs (only plastic) **
- THURSDAYS we have skillspractise with me and Stina L. This is the day if you want to meet up and do specific stuffs that might not involved the whole team and dont have to take Glendons and Dustins busy time.
If you want to focus on try some kicks, backmoves, lineout calls and throws, even if you want to do some shuttleruns etc.
It will probably be a lighter practise with more skills-focus. If players are up to it, then we can end the practise with some touch (or broncos ;))
- Forwardsstuff: You will probably do that by yourself because me and Stina might not be the person to do that...
Whatever you want to do - We will do it!
- Send a message to me latest the day before so me and Stina can make a plan.
