5s Rules:
The rules are based on the official Rugbyx rules however with some slight changes:

10 mins per game with no ½ time.
No push in scrums although the opposing team can hook the ball against the head.
Rolling substitutes.
If the ball goes out of play, there are no lineouts. A quick throw in from touch (by a player whom is already on the pitch - not a substitute).
Teams with fewer than 5 players are welcome to borrow players to make up a full team, however teams can also play 4 a side if one of the teams has fewer players, in which case the scrum is replaced with a “tap and go”. Teams can also play 6 a side if both team coaches are in agreement.
If a pitch has posts, drop goals (in mid play) are allowed.
